In the tapestry of my life, music, stories, and the healing they compel, are inseparable threads. When I was a teenager, my beloved, late mother, had a dream that encouraged her to hand me a guitar. Shortly thereafter, I taught myself how to play and, unbeknownst to us both, greatly altered the course of my life.

With my father's military career, my brothers and I were was raised in various places throughout the country. I believe the constant change as a young person shaped my comfort in wearing various professional hats. My music performances began at a snowball stand in Stewartstown, PA and eventually led to sold out residencies in New York City (Rockwood Music Hall, Joe's Pub, Pete's Candy Store), as well as a golden ticket on American Idol. My theater performances began in a community college in Anne Arundel County, MD and led to big and small stages and sets, including those of national commercials and, surprisingly, a Steven Spielberg film.

In 2020, after 15 years performing consistently, my personal and professional trajectories greatly altered. During lockdown, I was invited to help Veterans explore songwriting with Warrior Music Foundation. This profound experience fused together my adamant beliefs in the power of stories, music, creativity, and human connection and introduced me to the profession of music therapy.

Currently, I am in the process of completing my Master's degree in music therapy and clinical mental health counseling at Immaculata University, while continuing to work with Veterans at Warrior Music Foundation. Additionally, after releasing my EP “Forget-Me-Not”, produced by Katie Buchanan, I am currently working on my next collection of recordings with Andrew Sovine. While I have intentionally stepped away from social media, I will continue to share any music release information there. I'd be grateful to have you stay tuned.

Thank you for reading.
